Username and Password Information
Usernames and passwords have been converted over during the Conversion Period; however, you will need to create a new password during your initial log-in after September 20, 2017 8:00 am PST. As an added layer of security, an advanced login authentication process will be used. During this process, you may choose to receive a phone call or text message containing a security code to enter during the log-in process. Once your security code has been entered, you will be asked for your password. Once validated, you will be asked to then change your password.
Password requirements: minimum of eight characters, and must contain one uppercase letter, one lower case letter, a number, and a special character.
IMPORTANT NOTICE for QuickBooks Users
You will need to modify your QuickBooks settings to ensure the smooth transition of your data. Documents detailing how to complete the deactivation and reactivation process are linked below.
