What Is Your Biggest Challenge?
Business is more complicated today, business people need to find ways to re-engineer so they can take advantage of opportunities that arise, i.e., expanding product lines or adding a new business line, upgrading equipment, acquisitions, etc. As such, you need bankers who are interested in your business and have the vision to structure the type of financing you need to meet your goals.
Premier Helps You Master These Challenges
At Premier, we work closely with our clients to understand their business, their unique challenges, and their goals so we can help them achieve financial success. We take an open-minded approach to lending; we’re good listeners, we’re flexible, and we think outside-the-box. Because of our expertise in both conventional and non-conventional business and real estate lending, we explore the various financing options available to find the best solution for our clients and their business. As a local business bank, we’re also in a position to make loan decisions in-house so our clients have easy access to the decision makers and experience quick loan approvals and loan processing without the red tape.
Our product line includes, but is not limited to financing for business expansion and acquisition, cash flow management, working capital, equipment purchases, etc. For businesses and investors, we offer real estate financing on owner occupied and non-owner occupied commercial properties, multi-family units, 1-4 units for investment, construction projects, and land. Last year, Premier funded in excess of $75 million in business and real estate loans in and around California and plans to exceed that growth organically in 2015.
Recently, Premier received the designation of ‘Preferred Lender’ by the Small Business Administration (SBA). This designation gives Premier the authority to underwrite and approve SBA loans in-house without seeking prior approval from the SBA, which allows us to process loan requests much faster to meet our clients’ deadlines. Business owners and real estate investors who qualify for SBA loans may be able to take advantage of lower down payments, longer loan terms, and lower interest rates.
Being the 'Best'
This past year, Premier was recognized by the Independent Community Bankers of America (“ICBA”) as one of the top 25 banks in its peer group for outstanding financial performance and given the designation "Best of the Best". On the local front, the Palos Verdes Peninsula Chamber of Commerce named Premier the "2013 Best New Business" for its community service, support and leadership.
How is this achieved? It's our people. We deliver the service that other banks just talk about. Our main goal is help our clients achieve financial success. It's what we call the Premier Difference.
